怎樣邀請客戶參加展會?怎么寫郵件?
1.制定一份參展產品簡介,最好對產品進行圖文并茂的簡述
2.發放邀請函給客戶
3.展會當天,最好有車輛接送、中午有午宴,提前準備午宴過程中的議題
4.電話通知客戶展會的概況,并誠摯邀請客戶參加,告知客戶屆時將有XX業內權威人士到場,并且有XX專題的高峰論壇
5.郵件的撰寫,主要要表達誠摯的邀請之意,并簡要介紹展會的盛大概況。Tips,記得附上邀請函(因為公司的人員在上班時間外出、出差,必須要辦理出差或請假手續,此邀請函可以幫助客戶順利到達展會現場),郵件中最好寫明接待人員姓名及聯系方式。
參展的話主要從資料下手,搜集同類展會的會刊,媒體的雜志.因為這些客戶都是熟悉會展了的,你所做的就是找到負責人,把展會信息傳遞給他,然后客戶經過了解后,才會選擇是不是參加你的展會.
通過溝通,客戶或許才會對你的展會或產品感興趣
